Added server-side rendering using XRE Server (NLE-2619).
Fixed Issues

The plugin would not close the connections to Viz engine when a project was closed. The connections were also not being closed when graphics were unused (NLE-2664).

Trying to create a Vizrt graphic would take multiple clicks after opening Edius (NLE-2663).

Fixed an error whereby it was possible to create multiple Vizrt graphics at the same time using the Edius timeline context menu (NLE-2717).
