Viz Mosart contains several password-protected features and methods for secure data transmission.
This section summarizes these features and any default settings.
Note: Before taking your system into production, a review of default security settings must be made.
Password Protection
You can set authentication criteria that limit access to critical system components.
Template Editor Password
Password protection can be enabled for the Template Editor. When enabled, the user is prompted for the password when opening the Template Editor.
By default, no protection is enabled, and the user is not asked for a password before opening the Template Editor.
GPO
Authentication to a GPO password-protected connection is set in AV Automation under Devices > Properties > GPI/O tab.

REST API
The authentication alternatives are presented in the section Authentication Types.
Vizrt Graphics MSE Database
User: Username on the Oracle database. Default: pilot.
Password: Password on the Oracle database. Default: pilot.
Datasource: TNS name or connection string of the Oracle database. Default: vizrtdb.
Schema: Oracle database schema for the Viz Pilot connection. Default: PILOT.

TriCaster
By default, TriCaster API credentials are required, and initially set with the values below.
User: Default: admin
Password: Default: admin
Note: Contact the TriCaster administrator, or log-in to the TriCaster Administration panel to manage these values.
