.NET 8 Upgrade
Our backend now utilizes .NET 8, introducing improvements in security and performance to provide a more reliable and efficient application experience.

In Viz Mosart 5.4.0, there is an improvement to the Mosart Remote Control Service which should resolve the known issue where if the Remote Control Service had to be restarted it could happen that the Mosart Web Applications could not communicate with the Viz Mosart Server and you would get a warning message starting with "Mosart Web Applications require Viz Mosart version 5.1.0 or higher."

Resolved an issue where the Timing Display and Rundown Viewer failed to operate correctly with FQDN (MOSART-11698).

Fixed a bug causing errors in the Plugin when the Directtakes template set was hidden from user (MOSART-11973).

Installation: To download this version, please visit the Vizrt FTP site at https://download.vizrt.com/ and navigate to / products/VizMosart/Latest Version/WebApplications/.

Upgrade: The installer manages the upgrade, automatically removing older versions of Vizrt Mosart Web Applications and Vizrt Mosart Web Applications Configuration Tool before installing the new package.

Ensure compatibility with Windows 10, Windows Server 2022, and Chrome for a seamless experience across all web applications.

The NRCS Plugin should work with any version of Mosart, while the Timing Display needs a least 5.0.3 and Rundown Viewer needs at least 5.1.0.
