Any Text (Separator Based) Import Settings

  • Skip Lines: The number of lines to skip before beginning to read the import source file for data.

  • Columns Separator: The text symbol (for example *) that separates the columns in the text file.

  • File Encoding: The expected file encoding of the imported text file.
    Alternatives: UTF-8 and UTF-16.
