Scene Script Panel
In the Scene Script panel, you can add and edit scripts which are part of a Scene (see Script Editor). Those scripts act as a global script responding for the whole scene whereas Container Script usually only act on Container Level.
To Enable the Scene Script Editor

Click on the Workspace (
) button. -
Scroll down to List of available Docks.

Select the Scripts option.
